When you use the J3 Delivery Calendar App (“the App”) we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. 1.     WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Purpose:  The App enables users to create, read, update, and delete scheduling calendars and scheduling events on their Google Calendar.  Therefore, to be functional, it is necessary that the app have read/write access to Google user data, specifically data related to users Google Calendar.  This access is achieved through use of the Google Calendar API provided by Google.

Authentication Data:  Before accessing any Google user data, the app presents an OAuth consent screen to users for authentication and for granting authorization to the app for read/write access to users Google Calendar and related data.  Through this process we acquire an authorization and refresh token.

App Data:  The App stores Google user data in the form of calendar and event identification numbers along with respective property data returned by the Google Calendar API.

2.     HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

Google Calendar API Requests:  Upon authentication, the App will store an authorization token and refresh token for later use to make requests through the Google Calendar API.  These requests are used to create, read, update, and delete scheduling calendars and scheduling events on users Google Calendar.

App functionality:  Only data created by the application will be accessed.  This means that only Google user data related to calendars and calendar events created through the app will be accessed by it.  App data is used to allow users to manage their scheduling calendars directly through the App.    

3.     WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

The J3 Calendar App does not share any user data for any purpose outside of the application.

4.     HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:  We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

 

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years.

 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Website is at your own risk. You should only access the Website within a secure environment.
